Part-Time Janitorial

Job Description


Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a Local facilty in the Edmore Mi, area and is in search of a reliable Part-Time Janitorial associate. This position is Part-time. You are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.10-20 hours a week.


General Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining offices, restrooms, break rooms, production areas, and common areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies as needed.
• Following proper procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management.
• Following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Performing other general cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
