United Talent Staffing is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative in the Morgantown, WV area! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping customers find the right HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed while developing and maintaining customer relationships throughout the Morgantown area and surrounding communities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers
• Conduct sales calls and customer visits throughout the Morgantown area
• Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC products and services
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at customer locations

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally throughout the service area

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional weekends call as needed
• Location: Morgantown, WV
• Approximately 90% local travel within the Morgantown area
• Approximately 10% travel within a 60-mile radius of Morgantown

Vehicle Information

• Company vehicles may be provided for business use

• Mileage reimbursement is available for employees who choose to use their personal vehicle
