Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a local Home Health - RN to join our team near Medford, NY! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NY RN License
• 1+ years of Home Health - HH experience
• HCHB + OASIS Experience
• This position is a 13 week assignment
• Locals accepted
