As an LNA on our team, you'll utilize communication skills to perform non-clinical and clinical tasks. From maintaining accurate medical records to answering calls and coordinating services, you'll be vital in delivering exceptional patient care. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to basic nursing and restorative duties, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. What you'll do day-to-day Comprehensive Patient Care: Prepare patient rooms and assist with personal care needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that addresses patients' spiritual, physical, and psychosocial needs. Vital Signs and Data Collection: Collect and document essential patient data, including vital signs, heights, and weights, while effectively communicating relevant information to nursing staff regarding the patient's care plan. Patient Transfers and Safety: Safely assist with patient transfers to beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers, focusing on patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Qualifications High school graduate or GED Current BLS is required from the American Heart Association.
