We are looking for an Account Manager who wants to build relationships, solve problems, help customers, and grow their income through performance. You don't need insurance experience to get started. If you have succeeded in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or account management , your experience can translate well to this role. We will provide the training, coaching, and support you need to learn the insurance business and succeed. Compensation $37,000–$40,000 base salary Uncapped commission — there is no limit to your commission earnings On-target earnings: $52,000–$75,680+ annually High performers have the opportunity to earn well above the stated on-target earnings Your earning potential grows with your ability to build relationships, serve customers, and generate results. What You Will Do As an Account Manager, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Learn about customers' needs and help them understand their insurance options. Prepare insurance quotes and assist customers with policy changes. Provide professional, responsive customer service throughout the customer relationship. Follow up with customers regarding claims, questions, and service needs. Identify opportunities to help customers better protect themselves, their families, and their businesses. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop new business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our customer relationship management system. Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals. Develop your insurance knowledge, sales skills, and professional career through ongoing coaching and training. What We are Looking For We are looking for someone who is driven, coachable, personable, and motivated to succeed . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in helping people. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. A competitive, results-oriented mindset. Sales, retail, banking, hospitality, account management, or insurance experience preferred but not required . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfort using technology, customer relationship management systems, and digital tools. The ability to learn quickly and apply coaching. An Arizona Property and Casualty insurance license before your first day of employment . An Arizona Life and Health insurance license , or the willingness to obtain one as part of your continued development in the role. Not currently licensed? That's okay—you can still apply.
