Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessments.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and modify therapy approaches accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance communication effectiveness.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and ethical standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess demonstrated experience in speech and language therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitative setting.
  
  
• 
  Be proficient in administering assessments and interpreting diagnostic results.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and possibly other relevant certifications.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
