WHITE BLUE isn't just a bakery. It's a place people look forward to being in.
Inspired by the warmth of an English cottage, our cafe is thoughtfully curated with vintage blue-and-white porcelain, elegant wall papers, antique-style furniture, fresh flowers, and timeless details come together to create a space filled with character and quiet beauty. Step inside, and it feels like you've been welcomed into a beautiful home, where fresh bread is in the oven, cakes are cooling on the counter, and friends are about to gather around the table.

Shared Tip Pool:
We believe every great guest experience is a team effort, so tips are shared among eligible team members based on hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy hours
Quanlifications
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience preparing eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, or brunch items is a plus
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Washington State Food Worker Card (or willingness to obtain one)
