Obstetrics And Gynecology First Assistant

This need is for OB/Gyn only! First Assist for Labor and Delivery for high risk C-Sections/surgical deliveries (GYN surgical assist). CST is preferred. Must have OB GYN competency and fluency in C Section/surgical deliveries. AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY! Banner has a specific cover page. Please ensure candidates clearly outline ALL criteria they're willing to accept. The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer!

· Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later

· RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment

· Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state

· All shifts the candidate is willing to work

· All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work

Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of 24 months Surgical First Assist - OB/Gyn experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]

· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]

· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]

· Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]

· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
