Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, scaling, and root planing with a gentle, patient-first approach.
• Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos; perform oral cancer screenings and accurately document periodontal charting.
• Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, post-treatment care, and the importance of preventative maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside the Dentist and dental assistants to ensure an optimal, efficient workflow and an excellent patient experience.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict sterilization, disinfection, and infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Team Player: A positive attitude with a strong willingness to collaborate and help team members across the office when needed.
• Efficiency & Time Management: Ability to manage patient turnaround times effectively without compromising the quality of care.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to ethical patient care.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build quick rapport and comfort with patients of all ages.
