Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Vernon County, WI. It's ideal for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on automated production line machinery, robotics, packaging lines, conveyors, pumps, separators, and pasteurization systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems efficiently to minimize downtime.Diagnose and perform minor programming or adjustments on PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and sanitary process controls.Read and interpret mechanical schematics, electrical single-line drawings, and P&IDs.Assist with utility maintenance, including boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, and wastewater management.Maintain strict adherence to food safety, preventive maintenance, and plant safety protocols.Candidate Requirements3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food/beverage/dairy preferred).Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment.Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers.Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems.Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus.Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to work independently in an automated plant environment.What's in It for You?Competitive Pay: $26.00 – $33.00/hr base rate, plus competitive shift premiums.Employer of Choice: Join an organization known for incredible stability, community impact, and employee retention.Top-Tier Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off packages.Modern Facility: Work in a clean, highly automated facility backed by ongoing investment in modern robotics and technology.Career Growth: Clear pathways for continuous technical training and career advancement.
