Job Description

Second-level Accounting professional located in the Batesville office, responsible for examining, accounting for, reconciling, analyzing, and interpreting accounting data and records. At this level, employees apply professional and technical accounting knowledge to undertake analysis and interpretations of financial information and data in accordance with general and government accounting practices and principles. Accountable for working under the guidance or within the framework of established processes, systems, practices, and regulations, and applying those to perform work, research information, and make evaluations and recommendations.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications typically require a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience and/or appropriate certification. — Agency Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with twenty-four (24) credit hours in Accounting and two (2) to four (4) years of experience; or an Accounting Degree and two (2) to four (4) years of experience.
