Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Fence Foreman at Colonial Fence Co. in Wrentham, MA. As a Commercial Fence Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial fencing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of fence installers in the construction of commercial fences
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance
- Prior experience in commercial fence installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of fencing materials and installation techniques
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
