Associate Dentist – Altoona, PA
Full-Time Opportunity | $200K Guaranteed Compensation | Earning Potential Up to $700K | Visa Sponsorship Available
Join a well-established dental practice in Altoona, Pennsylvania, offering a steady patient base, modern clinical resources, and strong professional support. Both experienced dentists and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits- $200,000 annualized guaranteed compensation for the first six months
- Uncapped performance-based earnings, with potential to reach $700,000
- Percentage-of-collections compensation after the initial guarantee period
- Established patient schedule and consistent case opportunities
- Visa sponsorship and continuing education assistance
- Clinical mentorship and long-term career development
- Skilled dental assistants, EFDAs, and dedicated billing support
- Access to modern equipment and a collaborative clinical team
- Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans
- Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Complete routine extractions and general dentistry services
- Guide patients through treatment options and preventive care
- Coordinate referrals for specialized and complex procedures
- Full-time, Monday through Thursday, with optional Fridays
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Dedication to clinical excellence and quality care
