Job Title Full‑time Hepatologist – Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor (West Virginia University School of Medicine) Location Morgantown, WV Schedule 40 hours per week, Exempt Duties Outpatient hepatology clinic General endoscopy Attend inpatient gastroenterology/hepatology consult service (approximately 1:8) Teach medical students, residents, and fellows Develop independent research and clinical programs Qualifications MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) Board‑eligible or board‑certified in gastroenterology and transplant hepatology Completed accredited internal medicine residency, gastroenterology fellowship, and transplant hepatology fellowship All qualifications must be met by date of appointment Benefits Academic program support, access to a state‑of‑the‑art endoscopy center, collaborative environment, and potential for independent research.
