• Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for continued recovery at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates and interns within the team.

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in New Mexico
• Recent graduates welcome : we’ll guide you every step of the way!
• Experience in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and adjust therapies based on patient progress.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on home recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Experience in providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates and interns is a plus.
