Help

Greet patients to verify nature of the visit and/or refer to appropriate personnel.

Maintain and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice.

Type routine correspondence, progress reports, medical statements, memoranda and statistical reports using various automation systems and programs.

Receive phone calls to provide general hospital information.

Maintain appointment system to assist in scheduling various types of appointments for Primary Care Clinics and various Specialty Care Clinics.

Patient Education and assistance.
