Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative anesthesia care team in southern Ohio. This physician-led, medically directed position offers diverse surgical exposure, competitive compensation, and an exceptional quality of life in a community-focused healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a medically directed care team model alongside certified anesthesia professionals
• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases including general surgery, thoracic procedures, vascular surgery, orthopedic operations, and obstetric cases
• Participate in pre-operative assessments, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative pain management
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain current knowledge of anesthesiology best practices, protocols, and safety standards
• Participate in periodic call rotation with post-call day off to ensure work-life balance
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental development

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Ohio
• Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency program
• Ability to work effectively within a medically directed anesthesia care team environment
• Strong clinical skills across various anesthesia subspecialties
