Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician 1st & 2nd Shift | Direct Hire | $24–$35/hr + Overtime Available Keep Critical Production Running. Make an Impact Every Day.

Are you an experienced maintenance professional who thrives on troubleshooting complex equipment and solving problems that keep production moving? We're looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a growing food manufacturing operation where your expertise will directly impact plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, controls, switchgear, distribution systems, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment.
• Repair and maintain conveyors, mixers, packaging machinery, and other manufacturing systems.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting to quickly identify and correct control system issues.
• Install conduit and complete electrical installation projects safely and accurately.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs and installations.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to perform detailed inspections and equipment assessments.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and productivity.

• 2–5 years of industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with motors, controls, switchgear, electrical distribution, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of conveyors, packaging equipment, mixers, and other industrial machinery.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Holland, PA.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $79040.00/yr.
