Are you great with numbers, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable about home repairs? House Doctors of West Fort Worth is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, motivated Estimator to price out projects, close deals, and help drive our growth!

Local Territory: All leads and estimates are located within the West Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Pricing: Visit client homes to accurately scope out and estimate both parts and labor for home improvement and handyman projects.

Sales & Closing: Clearly and confidently present estimates to clients, answer questions, and secure the job contract.

Digital Management: Use company software on a smartphone or tablet to build estimates, upload job photos, and send quotes to customers in real time.

Customer Service: Act as the friendly, professional first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service from the start.

️ Skills & Requirements:

Technology Requirement: Must be comfortable using technology daily. Experience with HouseCall Pro is a massive plus, but you must at least have the ability to quickly learn and navigate digital booking and estimating platforms.

Experience: 2+ years of construction, handyman, or home improvement estimating experience preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of the principles, techniques, material costs, and labor time required in the handyman and remodeling industry.

Availability: Must be able to handle some on-call shifts and work some weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Transportation: Must have a reliable car or truck to travel to assigned estimate appointments.

Screening: Valid driver's license required. Must have solid references and be able to pass a standard background check.

Soft Skills: Friendly personality, strong sales and communication skills, highly dependable, and a strong work ethic.
