As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will oversee on-site recruitment operations, lead and develop recruiting teams, and manage full-cycle talent acquisition strategies for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client in the manufacturing industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Essential Functions 

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with client HR, operations, and business leaders while serving as the primary Talent Acquisition Leader for all positions within scope. 
• Lead and facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, define candidate profiles, and align hiring expectations for approved job requisitions. 
• Partner with hiring teams throughout the selection process, facilitate interview debriefs, and drive timely, data-driven hiring decisions. 
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations for hourly and professional positions, ensuring alignment with client workforce needs and hiring objectives. 
• Serve as the primary liaison between MAU recruiting teams and client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and execution of recruitment initiatives. 
• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates. 
• Provide leadership and direction to Associate Employment Specialists, Senior Associate Employment Specialists, Associate Recruiters, Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition Coordinators. 
• Oversee the development, extension, negotiation, and acceptance of employment offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience. 
• Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinators in managing job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment administration. 
• Ensure job requisitions are accurately posted and maintained in SuccessFactors, the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and external job boards. 
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of interview materials, candidate information, and employment offer documentation. 
• Ensure timely candidate disposition and communication throughout the recruitment process. 
• Administer post-fill and post-hire feedback surveys to evaluate candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Oversee new hire onboarding activities, including education, employment, and criminal background screenings through approved third-party vendors. 
• Coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements with Occupational Health and client stakeholders. 
• Ensure new hires receive accurate onboarding information and first-day instructions to support a smooth transition into employment. 
• Participate in onboarding activities, new hire orientations, plant tours, and employee engagement initiatives. 
• Monitor new hire progress throughout the 90-day introductory period, partnering with HR and operations to support retention, attendance, training completion, and onboarding success. 
• Prepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly talent acquisition reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics. 
• Maintain recruiting reports, workforce planning data, and operational metrics to support client reporting requirements and business decisions. 
• Lead weekly client talent acquisition meetings, providing updates on recruitment activity, hiring progress, workforce trends, and strategic recommendations. 
• Participate in weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance recruitment effectiveness, operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

• Operates primarily in a professional office environment with an on-site presence required. 
• Routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. 
• May require occasional presence at customer sites in administrative and manufacturing environments. 
• Manufacturing environments may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles.
