You'll maintain the corporate compliance program, track cannabis licensing renewals and filings, coordinate regulatory submissions, investigate violations, train leadership on rule changes, and serve as internal project manager for expansion initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods. Connected is looking for a BA/BS with 10–15 years in compliance management, deep knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations, and experience managing exempt and non-exempt teams. Salary runs $120,000–$150,000 annually with 401(k), full health coverage, and flexible scheduling. Multi-state compliance leaders are among the scarcest and most valuable operators in legal cannabis — this is a career-defining seat.
