Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational setting serving K-12 students across three sites in the Evanston, IL area. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by working with a diverse caseload of 35 students, supporting growth and positive change in multiple school environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing data analysis for students requiring BCBA services
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation, modeling, and guidance for school staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior supports
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed and support the transition planning for students moving between programs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with professional standards and school procedures
• Travel between three sites, including a K-8 school in Northbrook and two Skokie locations (a high school and a transition program)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification and experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Adept at train-the-trainer, coaching, and group facilitation techniques
• Flexibility to travel between assigned schools as needed
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
