Job Overview
InSync Consulting Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Staffing Recruiter to support our growing client portfolio. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for commercial, non-clinical, and MSP-based staffing programs.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is motivated by building pipelines, making placements, and contributing to measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize incoming requisitions from MSP and direct clients
- Develop sourcing strategies and create job postings
- Source candidates using ATS, job boards, database mining, and outbound outreach
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Prepare candidate profiles for client submission
- Coordinate interviews and manage client communication
- Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding
- Collect required documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and activity tracking
- Conduct contractor check-ins and provide ongoing support
Required Experience
- 1–3+ years of Recruiting or Sales experience
- Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Desirable Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Commercial or non-clinical staffing background
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Experience with project-based staffing models
