Remote Inpatient Coding Specialist (CCS) - 5+ yrs Acute Care

BayCare is seeking an Advanced Inpatient Coding Specialist to work remotely from within the US. The role requires CCS certification, 5 years of acute care experience, and 3 years inpatient coding experience, with mentoring responsibilities for junior coders and students. Responsibilities include analyzing complex inpatient records, assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, and collaborating with Clinical Documentation and Quality teams to ensure accurate MSDRG assignments.
