This pharmacy is established and positioned for growth, and the Pharmacist in Charge will oversee day to day pharmacy operations while providing leadership, oversight, and mentoring for all pharmacy personnel. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided.ScheduleWeekdays only. Pharmacy is located in a small town setting just south of Tulsa, with an easy commute from most areas of the Tulsa metro.Compensation$150,000 to $220,000 per year, based on experience.What You'll DoThe Pharmacist in Charge leads all aspects of pharmacy operations for a 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy, including day to day workflow, staff oversight, and quality and compliance standards. This person mentors and supports pharmacy personnel, ensures compounding practices meet regulatory requirements, and works closely with ownership to support the pharmacy's continued growth.
