The Role As a Hospitality Associate on our Chicago Hospitality Team, you will serve as the heart of our onsite‑guest experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Guest Experience and Property Operations teams to ensure seamless guest interactions. Day in the Life Guest Experience Welcoming and assisting guests, handling check‑in, and addressing immediate needs or special requests. Providing personalized local recommendations and insights. Operational Responsibilities Maintaining common areas and performing quality checks using the TechTool ‘Safety Culture’ after each clean. Preparing for guest arrivals and coordinating engagement events with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Responding to guest requests and resolving issues via the Task Management Tool ‘Breezeway’. Communication & Collaboration Communicating with the remote Guest Experience team through Slack and Kustomer to resolve issues quickly. Handling emergency situations such as lockouts or urgent requests. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years in hospitality (or 2 years in customer service if hospitality experience is lacking). At least 1 year in guest service roles. Tech‑savvy with a strong affinity for technology and willingness to learn new systems. Flexible schedule, available for afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Consistent composure under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Success in One Year Consecutively reach monthly quality goals, becoming a top operations performer.
