Pay: $21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm

We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to support our growing business and help build lasting relationships with customers and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and relationship building in a collaborative office environment.

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process, assisting customers, generating quotes, managing orders, and proactively developing new business opportunities. This position offers the chance to grow your own customer base while working closely with operations and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Assist with sales activities and customer support
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance
• Prepare and deliver customer quotes
• Process and manage customer orders
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to hot, warm, and cold leads
• Accurately document customer interactions, communications, and concerns
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Track sales activity and follow a structured customer contact schedule
• Reengage inactive or lost customers through proactive outreach
• Maintain vendor pricing and margin information
• Cross-train and collaborate with other departments
• Assist with general office operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong telephone communication and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Above-average computer proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset
