As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in running the store effectively and with attention to detail while also championing our culture amongst the team.

Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in our high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Assisting in the training of new hires and setting the tone for a shift
• Demonstrating leadership skills by coaching, directing, and motivating a team
• Passionately delivering excellent service to guests and creating an encouraging environment for team members
• Leading other team members during a shift, including opening and/or closing
• Counting drawers and finalizing daily sales
• Ensuring excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Having a team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before oneself
• Assisting with daily decision-making and supporting staff
• Ensuring quality and safety of food
• Upholding cleanliness standards
• Bringing ideas to the table that will enhance the guest experience or work environment
• Being available to work on Fridays and Saturdays
• Prior restaurant experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Leadership experience
• Other duties as assigned
