The Front Desk Lead plays a crucial role in managing daily reception operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing a small team of 1-3 members. This position operates primarily during the day shift and requires proficient communication skills, fluency in Spanish, and the ability to coordinate scheduling and visitor management using common platforms such as Microsoft Outlook. The Front Desk Lead regularly interacts with senior management to report on office activities and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk reception and ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
• Coordinate scheduling and manage appointment calendars
• Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and senior management
• Address and resolve customer and visitor concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and handle phone communications
• Lead and support a team of 1-3 front desk staff members

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk or receptionist roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with at least 1 year experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Skilled multitasker with strong time management
