3-11 Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary:

Vivo Healthcare Normandy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated 3-11 Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a 3-11 Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care during the 3-11 shift, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and attention. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the 3-11 shift, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including direction, support, and feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure a smooth transition of patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a nurse supervisor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
