Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting Services company based in Florida. We provide a wide array of experienced business and IT professionals supporting clients from solution design to implementation and support. We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (5 Days Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide dedicated onsite technical support for a high-volume testing center in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with strong desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on expertise with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS systems.
Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, device provisioning (Autopilot), and user account management.
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and printers.
Document technical issues, maintain support records, and ensure minimal system downtime.
Support additional Client's locations when required.

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of Desktop/IT Support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PC Hardware.
Hands-on experience with Networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Apple macOS and Oracle client applications.
Device provisioning using Windows Autopilot.
A+ and/or Network+ Certification.
Knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
