As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Mansfield, TX at the Mansfield Matlock Road branch. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. R225592 Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and effective lobby engagement. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations. Work Experience : 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. Associate’s degree or equivalent required. Education : No degree required. Certifications : No required certifications.
