Business Development Representative - Home Care (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Description As our Business Development Representative, you will help expand our reach by promoting our services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. This role is primarily office-based, with outreach and attendance at local events and meetings on occasion. You will ensure office visitors receive welcoming, professional customer service while building relationships with businesses and referral sources to generate new client opportunities. You will represent Special Touch Home Care in the community and work closely with our intake team to connect prospective clients with our services. Responsibilities Manage the local office and ensure all visitors receive attentive, professional service. Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads and increase client referrals. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, local businesses, and other referral sources. Participate in networking events, health fairs, and community presentations to raise awareness of our services. Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up on new opportunities. Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients. Educate healthcare professionals and community members about our services and how to make referrals. Track outreach activity, leads, and referrals to evaluate results and improve strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Diploma Fluency in English and Spanish required. Minimum of 2 years of business development experience required, with a demonstrated track record of generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth. Healthcare business dev experience preferred, but not required. An outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Excellent verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills. A self-motivated, results-oriented approach and a passion for making a positive impact. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, with occasional hours outside this schedule based on department needs. Compensation $50,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and its relevance to the role and our company's needs, plus commissions. YES, there's room for growth!
