The Opportunity Catalyst is looking for a talented, inventive, passionate, and driven Senior Project Manager with a proactive mindset to lead large-scale technology-based implementations. This role is ideal for project managers with extensive experience leading Salesforce projects and implementations. Responsibilities: Create and share weekly status reports with client stakeholders, highlighting critical updates and escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary Schedule andfacilitateall internal and client-facing project meetings with key stakeholders Manage project resources by ensuring availability, updating allocations weekly, escalating resource issues, and reviewing project timecards Maintain and update project schedules weekly to keep the team and stakeholders informed and aligned Manage project scope by engaging relevant stakeholders in discussions, assessing technical feasibility, and documenting changes through formal change requests Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks bymaintaininga project dashboard and a RAID log for each assigned project Create andmaintaincomprehensive project documentation, andpartner with technical teams toreview keydeliverables such as system designs, architecture documents, personas, epic-level requirements, testing plans, training guides, and requirements traceability matrices Maintain and oversee Jira boards: review ticket assignments,identifyblockers or risks, and manage sprint cadence by starting/closing sprints as needed Schedule and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and other agile events; occasionally serve as Scrum Master on larger engagements Actively support system testing and QA byassistingwith test plan creation, coordinating execution, andvalidatingresults Occasional travel to client sites (typically quarterly or less) forrequirementsworkshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions. Whatyou’llneed to be successful: 8+ years of project management experience overseeing technical implementations 5+ years experience working in a technical consulting environment 5+ years familiarity with agile methodologies and agile project delivery Proven leadership with a proactive mindset and hands-on approach Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred Experience in the public sector is a plus Salesforce experience and/or certifications is a plus Experience using JIRA is a plus Howwe’llset you up for success: Salary range of $135,000-$175,000* Flexible, remote-first work environment (company headquartered in Chicago) Paid Time Off Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans (US only).
