Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this patient-centered role, you will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
