Griffin is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts.Responsibilities:Manage daily jobsite operations and field personnelCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveriesMonitor project schedules and ensure milestones are metEnforce safety standards and company policiesReview construction drawings and specificationsMaintain quality control and project documentationCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and project reporting through ProcoreCommunicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and subcontractorsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experienceCommercial construction experience requiredProficiency with Procore and construction management softwareStrong understanding of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction documentsRequirements:Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)Valid Driver's LicenseClean driving recordOSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience ($85,000 to $145,000 based on experience)401(k) with company matchHealth insurance contributionPaid holidaysPaid time offLong-term growth opportunitiesTo apply, please contact us or visit our website at rcgriffin.com.\nCompany DescriptionR.C.
