Contract | Nights (4x12 Hours, 18:30–07:00) | Onsite | Schedule options: 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit with the ability to float to Medical-Surgical floors as needed
• Maintain safe and effective patient care under higher patient ratios when floating (up to 1:7 on Medical-Surgical)
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
• Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to facility census-based scheduling policies, including potential shift adjustments during low-census periods

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the facility's service area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Comfort with floating to Medical-Surgical units and managing higher patient ratios
• BSN degree (required for international travelers)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
