About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its next phase of growth and expand its impact on families with children in the NICU. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the organization's strategic vision, growing and diversifying revenue, strengthening donor relationships, and overseeing operations and finances. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to support NICU families, and the Executive Director will work closely with the Board and the Meghie Family to serve as a key ambassador. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational leadership, a proven track record in fundraising, and a deep commitment to the well-being of families with critically ill infants. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging and rewarding role. The Executive Director will be expected to lead the organization in its efforts to provide support and resources to NICU families, with a focus on expanding the company's reach and impact. A successful candidate will have a passion for the mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage others.
