Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday | 37.5 Hours/Week
Local Candidates Required: No
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate: $2,000 – $2,250/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide maternity leave coverage in a school-based setting, supporting student behavior, data analysis, behavioral interventions, and staff coaching.
Required Qualifications
Current BCBA certification.
Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children or students in a school or behavioral setting.
Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior modification, and data analysis.
Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively with school teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
Observe students and staff interactions in classroom settings.
Provide strategies and recommendations for challenging behaviors and student regulation.
Assist with behavioral data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Provide consultation on behavior modification and positive behavior support.
Train and coach school staff on effective behavioral strategies.
Conduct professional development related to ASD and behavior modification.
Support implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
Maintain appropriate documentation and student confidentiality.
$37 - $48 per hour
