Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
Support patient stability and recovery through comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation policies. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
