FP&A Manager

A high-growth, private equity–backed organization is hiring a newly created FP&A Manager to partner closely with leadership and sponsors. This role is highly visible, analytical, and hands-on, with ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and board-level reporting as the company scales through acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Own board decks and monthly reporting packages
• Serve as FP&A partner to executive leadership and PE sponsors
• Consolidate data across multiple ERP systems
• Support growth initiatives, including M&A and integration efforts

Compensation

• Base: $110K–$120K EBITDA-based bonus
• 401(k) with 4% match profit sharing
