Requirements Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift. Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions. Key Responsibilities Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with crew. Taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system. Making food and smoothies. Prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing. Stocking and clean-up. Must have reliable transportation, ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers, and ability to multi-task. Benefits Competitive pay, depending on experience up to $15/hr. Full-time staff gets tips up to $400 per month. Part-time $13.00 to $14.00 plus tips. Weekend-only staff (if needed) starts at $12.50 plus tips. Advancement opportunities and salary growth potential.
