Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a confident and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team in Baton Rouge.

In this role, you will represent our brand and partner campaigns while engaging directly with customers, communicating key brand messages, and creating positive experiences. You will work alongside a collaborative team and develop practical skills in customer engagement, communication, brand representation, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Strive Global and assigned brands in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with customers and provide clear information about products, services, and promotions
• Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers
• Deliver consistent and high-quality brand experiences
• Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Answer questions and help customers understand available options
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance and campaign goals
• Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance
• Maintain professional standards and a customer-focused attitude
