Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Pearl Pointe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care and services

• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure exceptional customer service

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident care and quality of life

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care and services

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and implement best practices

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Illinois

• Proven experience in Assisted Living or long-term care management

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
