Network Engineer - Feature Tester

Job Summary Job Title: Network Engineer – Feature Tester Location: Bellevue, WA Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team. We are the Products and Services Readiness team within North America. We lead testing and introduction of new Radio technology for North American telecom operators. Responsibilities Work in radio lab and gain familiarity with the radio products (SW and HW) through product testing, and with the product acceptance process for large telecom customers. Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers' lab facilities and first market applications. Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities. Perform proof of concept with customers for pre‑commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment. Support NPI projects, including integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistencies, and testing on the roadmap portfolio for BBU and radios on different technologies/bands. Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact toward the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customers, and the EU throughout the project. Participate in lab testing, working closely with the delivery manager and customer to define the scope of work, resource plan, and timeline. Execute Test Object List (TOL). Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks. Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance.
