Order Picker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client’s team as an Order Picking Associate with starting pay of $17.50/hour on 1st shift in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments, with strong emphasis on order picking. Attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities for this Order Picking position include, but are not limited to:

• Pick and pull orders for shipments accurately based on an order sheet

• Safely and efficiently load trucks with outgoing shipments, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment or orders

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns that may arise

Candidates must meet the following Qualifications to be considered for this Shipping and Receiving position:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment required

• Proficiency in order picking and pulling processes

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude are a must

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently

• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
