About the Clinician‘s WorkdayThe anesthesiologist will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases during structured five ten-hour shifts per week, working within a supervision model to oversee CRNA anesthesia delivery across 12 operating rooms and 9 NORA sites. The clinician will manage weekday in-house call coverage with guaranteed post-call day off and provide 24-hour weekend shift coverage from Saturday 7AM to Sunday 7AM. The position requires board certification and involves supervising anesthesia services for approximately 9,000 surgical cases annually while maintaining quality patient care standards. The role emphasizes collaborative anesthesia delivery with CRNA supervision in a busy surgical environment that serves diverse patient populations.
