Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist Registered position is based in Edison, New Jersey. This role involves providing comprehensive respiratory care therapy under medical supervision, including ventilator management, intubation assistance, and patient education. The therapist will support patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week and working every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, BLS - American Heart Association, ACLS, PALS certifications, and a current valid Respiratory Care license along with NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position involves regular contact with medical personnel and their visitors.
