Edge Marketing Agency is a customer-focused marketing company that helps nationally recognized brands strengthen customer engagement through direct, in-person promotions. We bring an energetic, team-oriented approach to marketing and are looking for sports-minded individuals who are competitive, motivated, and passionate about working with people.

We are currently hiring Sports-Minded Marketing to join our Seattle team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background or interest in sports, athletics, marketing, sales, customer engagement, or team leadership
Whether you're a former athlete, a sports enthusiast, or simply someone who thrives in a competitive team environment, this role provides hands-on experience in marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement.
No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Educate consumers about products, services, and promotional offers
- Assist with retail marketing campaigns, sporting events, and promotional activations
- Work closely with a team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in sports, athletics, competition, or team-based environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
