Job Summary and Qualifications

• Work front office, register patients, verify referring provider eligibility
• Navigate payer resources for authorization info/patient financial responsibility, obtain authorizations, collect payments
• Schedule appointments, manage release of information, manage phone calls

What qualifications you will need:

• One year of customer service experience in a medical environment involving patient registration
